Degree in Architecture at University of Naples and Master in Urban Planning at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
He has more than 20 years of experience in sustainable development and rational use of energy. During the last 10 years, he has worked in the field OF energy efficiency, communication and behavioral change at ENEA (National Agency for New Technology, Energy and Economic Sustainable Development).
Director of ENEA School of Energy and responsible for the National Information and Training Program for Energy Efficiency promoted by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
He has published more than 40 papers in SCI journals and books and contributed to several technical reports and presentations at national and international conferences.
As an expert, he often takes part in radio and TV broadcasts.
